· Inductance & Q measured with HP4291B and HP16193A test fixture.
· Ambient temp: -40°C to +125°C (with Irms current), +125°C to +145°C (derated current).
· Storage temp: Component -40°C to +145°C, Packaging -40°C to +80°C.
· SRF measured with Agilent/HP 8753 network analyzer.
· Current rating based on 20°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient.

## Reliability Tests
· Humidity Test: +40°C ±2°C, 90% ±5% RH (96 hours).
· High Temperature Test: +125°C ±2°C (48±2hrs).
· Low Temperature Test: -40°C ±2°C (48±2hrs).
· Thermal Shock: +125°C to -40°C (50 cycles).
· Life Test: +70°C ±5°C (250 hours).
· Vibration Test: 10-55-10Hz, 1.5mm amplitude (6 hours).
· Solder Heat Resistance Test: Peak 250°C ±5°C for 5 seconds, 2 cycles.
· Solder Ability Test: 245°C solder pot for 3 seconds, 95% coverage.
