# TC74ACT280P/F/FN 9-Bit Parity Generator/Checker
## Overview
This document details the TC74ACT280P/F/FN, a high-speed CMOS 9-bit parity generator/checker, fabricated using silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring technology. It’s compatible with TTL, NMOS and CMOS logic levels, and can be used as a level converter.

· High Speed: tpd = 9.2 ns (typ.) at VCC = 5V
· Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 8 μA (max) at Ta = 25°C
· TTL Compatible: VIL = 0.8V (max), VIH = 2.0V (min)
· Symmetrical Output Impedance: |IOH| = IOL = 24mA (min), drives 50Ω lines
· Balanced Propagation Delays
· Pin and Function Compatible with 74F280
## Pin Assignment
· Standard DIP, SOP, and SOL packages available.
## Truth Table
· Σ EVEN is high when an even number of inputs (A-I) are high.
· Σ ODD is high when an odd number of inputs (A-I) are high.
