## Product Description

· Offers 2 unidirectional or 1 bidirectional protection against voltage transients (ESD, EFT)
· Protects 3.0/3.3V components (DRAMs, SRAMs, CMOS, etc.) up to 36V
· Ideal for miniaturized electronics like hand-held instruments and cell phones.
· Utilizes a 3-pin configuration:
- Unidirectional: Pins 1 & 2 to Input/Output, Pin 3 to ground
- Bidirectional: Pin 1 or 2 to Input/Output, opposite pin to ground, Pin 3 unconnected.
