️· Type: Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) array
️· Configuration: SO-8 package, protects 2 unidirectional data/interface lines.
️· Function: Board-level protection against voltage transients caused by ESD (IEC 1000-4-2), EFT (IEC 1000-4-4), and secondary lighting.
️· Power Rating: 500 watts (8/20µsec pulse)
️· Application: Protects sensitive circuitry like TTL, CMOS DRAM’s, SRAM’s, HCMOS, HSIC microprocessors, USB, and I/O transceivers.
