What is VERTICAL

Vertical is one of the terms commonly used with connectors in electronic components.
Vertical means a connector or electronic component configured in a vertical orientation.

Vertical connectors attach to a circuit board (PCB) in a vertical orientation. These connectors often provide complex functionality to the PCB, allowing them to be connected only in a specific orientation.

In general, vertical connectors take up less space than other connectors, making PCBs smaller and more efficient.

In addition, vertical electronic components are basic electronic components that are attached to the PCB in a vertical direction, and there are various sizes and types of electronic components.

Vertical electronic components are very useful when assembling PCBs and are commonly used in conjunction with other components.

Vertical connectors and electronic components are available from a variety of suppliers and come in a variety of sizes and shapes.

These components are used as components of a properly designed PCB.
