1. General Information & Device Versions
️· Device: AMIS-53050 Transceiver
️· Versions: Two versions exist:
- AMIS-53050-001: Includes an internal digital regulator.
- AMIS-53050-002: Requires an external regulator/capacitor on Pin 22. (SSN/CoreReg)
️· Frequency Range: 300MHz - 960MHz (Set by external VCO components & registers)
2. Operating Conditions
️· Supply Voltage (Vdd): 2.2V - 3.3V
️· Ambient Temperature (Ta): -40°C to +85°C
️· Standby Current (IDDS - Off):
- 0.2 µA (with all analog cells in power-down mode, logic powered up, no clocks, unloaded, no floating inputs).
- 0.8 µA (Stand-by mode with crystal oscillator running)
️· Core Voltage 3.1 V
