! Single chip ATM Layer UTOPIA Level 1 to 4-bit DPI interface.
! Supports ATM Forum UTOPIA Level 1 interface.
! Supports ATM device interface in Cell mode.
! Capable of full-duplex operation up-to 160 Mbps.
! Utility bus interface to access PHY registers.
! In-stream control to access PHY registers.
