• 6kVRMS isolation/1000VRMS working voltage
• 12.8kV surge immunity
• 1/5 unit load allows up to 160 devices on the bus
• 3V to 5V power supplies
• 20ns propagation delay
• 5ns pulse skew
• 50kV/μs common-mode transient immunity
• 10kV ESD protection
• Low EMC footprint
• Thermal shutdown protection
• -40°C to +85°C temperature range
• Meets or exceeds ANSI RS-485 and
ISO 8482:1987(E)
• 0.3” true 8mm 16 Ld SOICW package
• UL 1577 recognized
• VDE V 0884-11 (certification pending)
