• Lower power losses, high efficiency
• Low forward voltage drop
• High forward surge capability
• High frequency operation

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
   For use in high frequency rectifier of switching mode
   power supplies, freewheeling diodes, dc-to-dc
   converters or polarity protection application
