General Description
The Supertex HV9605 is a BiCMOS/DMOS single-output, current mode, pulse width modulator IC designed to meet the requirements of ETR-060 for ISDN applications. In a 14 pin package, it provides all the necessary functions to implement a single-switch PWM with a minimum of external parts.
