Drive Circuit Block Diagram

The driver PCB uses single N-channel MOSFET with, very low on-state resistance combined with high

transconductance, superior reverse energy and diode recovery dv/dt capability to switch the emitter on

and off at a frequency controlled by one of the inputs.
