1.1 Trim Cable to expose dielectric core and braids as shown.

Step 1

2.1 Slide clamp nut over cable as shown.

2.2 Insert cable into solder ferrule until forward braid seats then solder both cable braids where

shown.

2.3 Trim cable dielectric flush to solder ferrule.

Step 2

3.1 Slide Ultem dielectric stop over cable center conductor against solder ferrule as shown.

3.2 Solder contact flush against stop to dimension shown.
