This advanced technology has been especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior, fast switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. These devices are well suited for high efficiency fast switching applications. AM6594 is available in a DFN8(5x6) package. VDS = 30V, ID = 50A RDS(ON)=4.5mΩ(Typ.)@VGS=10V RDS(ON)=5.6mΩ(Typ.)@VGS=4.5V Low Gate Charge 100% UIS and Rg tested High power and current handling capability Available in a DFN8(5x6) package.
