APPLICATIONS • High speed switching in e.g. surface mounted circuits. DESCRIPTION The BAS56 consists of two high- speed switching diodes fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated in the small rectangular plastic SMD SOT143 package. The diodes are not connected.
