Flash Memory Version ) T 6 8 / C 2 3 M , 6 8 / C 2 3 M ( p u o r G 6 8 / C 2 3 M 25.4 Standard Serial I/O Mode In standard serial I/O mode, the serial programmer supporting the M32C/86 group (M32C/86, M32C/86T) can be used to rewrite the flash memory user ROM area, while the microcomputer is mounted on a board. For more information about the serial programmer, contact your serial programmer manufacturer. Refer to the user's manual included with your serial programmer for instructions. Table 25.7 lists pin descriptions (flash memory standard serial I/O mode). Figures 25.14 to 25.16 show pin connections in serial I/O mode. 25.4.1 ID Code Verify Function The ID code verify function determines whether or not the ID codes sent from the serial programmer matches those written in the flash memory. (Refer to 25.2 Functions to Prevent Flash Memory from Rewriting.) |
