C. All input pulses are supplied by generators having the following characteristics: PRR

For Series 54/74, tr ≤ 7 ns, tf ≤ 7 ns.
For Series 54S/74S, tr ≤ 2.5 ns, tf ≤ 2.5 ns.
D. The outputs are measured one at a time with one input transition per measurement.
