– Low Power Idle, Noise Reduction, and Power Down Modes

– Power On Reset and Programmable Brown Out Detection

– Flag Array in bit-programmable I/O space (3 bytes)

– In-System Programmable via SPI Port

– Internal low power Calibrated RC Oscillator (8 or 1-MHz, low jitter)

– On chip PLL for fast PWM (32, 48, 64-MHz) and CPU (12, 16 MHz); PLL source RC & XTAL

– Dynamic clock switch

– Temperature sensor

• Operating Voltage: 2.7V - 5.5V

• Operating Temperature:

– -40°C to +105°C or -40°C to +125

°C

• Operating Speed

– 5V : 16 MHz core, 64 MHz PLL

– 3.3V : 12 MHz core, 48 MHz PLL
