IAR workspace BLE_Chat, Server_OTA_Basic and build the related

BLE_Chat\EWARM_BlueNRG-MS\Server_OTA_Basic\Exe folder)

containing a version of the BLE_Chat, server application that is compiled

with base address equal to 0x8006800.
