Temperature Shutdown

The SCY99194 includes a temperature shutdown

protection with a trip point typically at 150

°C and the typical

hysteresis of 30

°C. When the temperature rises above the

high

threshold,

the

controller

stops

switching

instantaneously, and goes to the off mode with extremely
