Unless otherwise stated, these specifications apply for 0 ≤ Tamb ≤ 85 °C; Vi = 15 V;
RT = 10 K; CT = 3.3 nF(a).
a. Max. package power dissipation limits must be respected; low duty cycle pulse techniques are used during the test
maintaining TJ as close to Tamb as possible.
