Absolute Maximum Ratings Stresses above those listed may cause permanent damage to the device. DC Electrical Characteristics Specified at V CC = + 5 V ± 10% (TSS901E will only work with 5V) Although specified for TTL outputs, all TSS901E outputs are CMOS compatible and will drive to VCC and GND assuming no dc loads.
