I2C: master reads slave immediately after the first byte
If the I2C master omits the mode byte and reads the ST25R3918 immediately after the slave
address, then, as shown in Figure 24, it will first output the byte FFh, followed by a register
dump starting at addres 01h.
This mode is incorporated for an easier the detection of I2C devices, but is not intended to
be used in normal operation.
