Absolute Maximum Ratings
Table 4 lists the absolute maximum ratings of the device. Stressing the device beyond these ratings may cause permanent
damage to the device. Functionality of the device is only guaranteed in conditions listed in sections 6 and 7. Operating the
device in conditions exceeding those listed in sections 6 and 7, but still complying with the absolute maximum ratings listed in
Table 4, for extended periods of time may affect device reliability.
