M2 = 6810 Ω, M4 = 4750 Ω, M10 = 1200 Ω, VSHDN = LOW, VCC = +4.75 to +5.25 V, ICCQ = 150 mA, 50 Ω system impedance, POUT = +23 dBm, FTEST = 2.6 GHz, TPKG HEAT SINK = -40 to 105 °C. Typical values are at VCC = 5 V, ICCQ = 150 mA, POUT = +23 dBm, FTEST = 2.6 GHz, TPKG HEAT SINK = 25 °C. MIN/MAX specifications listed in italics are guaranteed via production test screening.
