8.4 One-Time PROM Screening
Due to its structure, the one-time PROM cannot be fully tested before shipment by NEC Electronics. Therefore,
NEC Electronics recommends the screening process, that is, after the required data is written to the PROM and the
PROM is stored under the high-temperature conditions shown below, the PROM should be verified.
