Differential Output Slew Rate Definition Description Defined by Measured From To Differential output slew rate for rising edge [VOHdiff(AC) – VOLdiff(AC)] / ΔTRdiff VOLdiff(AC) VOHdiff(AC) Differential output slew rate for falling edge [VOHdiff(AC) – VOLdiff(AC)] / ΔTFdiff VOHdiff(AC) VOLdiff(AC) Notes: Output slew rate is verified by design and characterization, and may not be subject to production testing. Differential Output Slew Rate Symbol Parameter LPDDR2 1066 Unit Min Max SRQdiff Differential output slew rate (output impedance = 40Ω ± 30%) 3.0 7.0 V/ns SRQdiff Differential output slew rate (output impedance = 60Ω ± 30%) 2.0 5.0 V/ns Definitions: SR = slew rate, Q = query output (similar to DQ = data-in, query-output), diff = differential signals NOTE 1 Measured with output reference load. NOTE 2 The output slew rate for falling and rising edges is defined and measured between VOL(AC) and VOH(AC). NOTE 3 Slew rates are measured under normal SSO conditions, with 1/2 of DQ signals per data byte driving logic-high and 1/2 of DQ signals per data byte driving logic-low. AC Overshoot/Undershoot Specification Parameter 1066 Unit Maximum peak amplitude provided for overshoot area Max 0.35 V Maximum peak amplitude provided for undershoot area Max 0.35 V Maximum area above VDD Max 0.15 V-ns Maximum area below VSS Max 0.15 V-ns Notes: 1. VDD stands for VDDCA for CA[9:0], CK, , , and CKE. VDD stands for VDDQ for DQ, DM, DQS, and . 2. VSS stands for VSS for CA[9:0], CK, , , and CKE. VSS stands for VSS for DQ, DM, DQS, and . 3. Values are referenced from actual VDDQ, VDDCA and VSS levels. |
