JPEG Codec (JPGC)

The design ware (DW) JPEG Codec with header processing is part of a SoC-based

multimedia solution that enables fast and simple image compression and decompression.

Single clock Huffman coding and decoding

Four-channel interface: Pixel In, Compressed Out, Compressed In, Pixel Out

Stallable design

Hardware support for restart marker insertion

Support for single, greyscale component

Functionality to enable/disable header processing

Internal registers interface

Fully synchronous design
