11.3.2 Schottky for Current Surge Protection
To prevent the possibility of large ground currents into the TPS65982 during sudden disconnects because of
inductive effects in a cable, it is recommended that a Schottky be placed from VBUS to GND as shown in
Figure 86. The NSR20F30NXT5G is recommended.
