Blocks from the main array can be optionally configured as OTP. Ask your local Numonyx Sales representative for details about these selectable OTP implementations. 10.3 Password Access Password Access is a security enhancement offered on the P30-65nm device. This feature protects information stored in array blocks by preventing content alteration or reads until a valid 64-bit password is received. Password Access may be combined with Flexible block blocking to create a multi-tiered solution. Please contact your Numonyx Sales for further details concerning Password Access. |
