31 / 90 page  31/90 STA310 MPEG_EXT_CRC_ERROR, the bit MC_OFF must be set. This indicates that the decoder tries to decode more than 2 channels whereas the incoming stream contains only 2 channels. Packet and audio synchronization errors: Those errors are handled internally, and usually indicate that the incoming bitstream is incorrect or incorrectly input to the chip. In those cases, the decoder resets the corresponding parsing stage (packet or audio parser) then searches for the next correct frame. Miscellaneous errors: - LATENCY_TOO_BIG error indicates a problem of latency programming which is superior to the max- imum authorized value. Change the latency value or switch to auto-latency mode to solve the problem. Other miscellaneous errors are internally handled. |
